He truly is such a gem and his expertise is reflected not only in how he handles cases, but also how he interacts with his clients; he is so intentional, meticulous, and kindhearted. Neil is the best auto appraiser in LA! We suspected the clean title car we bought had work done or had been in an unreported accident.
