I rarely submit reviews, though this was one I had to share. I was devastated from a recent auto accident, my 2012 GMC Acadia was totaled after only owning it 27 days. After searching relentlessly I found a replacement at West Coast Autos in Costa Mesa, a 2013 GMC Acadia Denali. I knew that this upgrade would help me move on and I sincerely thank the sales team for all their dedication to my approval process. Not only were they extremely professional, non pressured and kind - but they got the job done! I would highly recommend West Coast Auto to anyone who is searching for high quality used vehicles at reasonable prices.

Simon, Fred and the rest of the team were great to work with. Scheduled a test drive and it went smooth. The car was clean and in great condition. Got in and out in less than 2 hours. Super happy with the service and purchase.

Wonderful purchasing experience with Fred! Stress free, no pressure, and helpful. I reached out to Fred about a specific Range Rover but it sold the night before. He sent me links to two other Range Rovers. I went to test drive a Black Range Rover but Fred and I weren’t able to agree on an out the door price. He suggested I test drive the Gray because we could probably reach an agreement on that OTD price. I reluctantly agreed. Fortunately I did! 😁. The car is for my wife and actually suits her better than the Black one. The gray one also had one additional amenity the Black one didn’t have and the gray one had a better carfax report! Fred was creative (in my favor) with his financing - getting my OTD cost to what I needed. The entire process was smooth and completed within 2 hours. Thank you Fred for a good experience.
