On Wednesday, April 8th, the driver's side tire of my car was completely damaged, so I used a tow truck to visit the Mercedes-Benz company on 1st Street in Vancouver. Amir, an employee there, took care of everything. He was kind, accurate, and reassuring, arranged for a comfortable ride home in a chauffeur-driven vehicle, and sent another chauffeur-driven vehicle the next morning to allow me to comfortably travel to the Mercedes-Benz dealership. All repairs and paperwork were perfect.

Outstanding customer service by Moe and the entire team! Everyone was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me. The whole process was easy . Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience!

The cars in this dealership are some of the nicest examples of classic supercars, muscle machines and rare luxury vehicles under one roof. They might not be the least expensive examples, but IMO they're all priced according to the quality and rarity of the collection. Very impressive.

New dealership, old school car dealership tactics. My experience with them was terrible. I owned a Porsche 993 and wanted to trade for a Gallardo. I shared my car's carfax, appraisal from 2 other dealerships including the one that serviced my car for 2 years and received an unofficial trade-in offer, which I accepted. He then asked me to bring in the car and see theirs, but I see patients 6 days a week and have a small child, so my time is extremely valuable. I explicitly said that I did not want to drive from Coquitlam unless he was able to confirm with the manager if he was ok with the offer and his answer was "I spoke with my manager and I guarantee we're good". Once I got there, he seemed happy with the car and said that it looked 'exactly like the pictures', but much to my surprise his manager hadn't even called his Porsche specialist to ask the average wholesale price for a 993 cab like mine. While the manager called 'his guy', the salesperson showed me the Gallardo. What a disappointment! It looked TERRIBLE. The interior had broken plastic parts, faded plastic and other issues - nothing like the pictures - a classic example of misrepresentation. I was still polite and patient to see if there were other options I could entertain buying but nothing seemed to interest me. Around 20 minutes later, despite having received all necessary information such as the carfax, maintenance history, previous quotes and appraisals ahead of my visit...surprise surprise, their offer was 20% lower than promised. In short, I wasted 3h of my day to be lowballed and offered a car in terrible condition - exactly what I wanted to avoid. The salesperson continued messaging me to try and sell me a California that is being sold for 160,000 when better examples can be found for 130,000 until I asked him to stop. Later that week I sold my car for a whopping 30k over what they had offered me. So there you have it. This is a nice place to visit and look at pretty cars, but you'd be crazy to buy from these guys.
