I dropped my RAM Truck off shocks on Tuesday, February 24. I had been notified the day prior that they would be in. Advisor Brittney Mcgauvran Was efficient on the day of drop off and promised the vehicle by 6 PM that day. By Thursday evening, I had heard nothing from her. On Friday I started calling for an update. I left three messages on Friday, three messages on Monday and another two on Tuesday. I finally called back and requested to speak to a supervisor who simply said he would give her the message. I never heard a word from her until a text finally telling me that my vehicle was ready for pick up. She has very poor communication skills, and I will never accept her as my supervisor in the future. That said, the work that was done was done very well, and I have always been pleased with the service and communication up to this point.

Me and my husband purchased a Jeep yesterday from West Covina CDJR and had a great experience! Best car buying experience ever! The sales team was patient, and understood exactly what I needed! We were grateful and impressed by the level of professionalism We honestly had a bad experience with this location previously and were hesitant to give them another shot! Apparently they are under NEW management and it was a completely different experience this time around!!!

I had a frustrating experience with this dealership’s service department. I came in with an appointment to take care of a recall, an oil change, and a tire rotation. About two hours after I dropped off my car, they claim they tried to call me to say they couldn’t complete the tire rotation because they needed the wheel lock. I confirmed they had the correct phone number, and I can confidently say I never received any call or missed call from them. When I picked up my car the next day, I had to insist that they complete the tire rotation. I then provided the wheel lock—which, as it turns out, had been in their possession the entire time. This made the earlier excuse even more frustrating. Although they eventually rotated the tires, they did not rotate the spare. When I asked about it, I was told that rotating the spare is “only done upon request.” This was never communicated to me beforehand, nor did anyone offer to include it while my vehicle was already being serviced. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and lacking in communication and attention to detail. For something as routine as scheduled maintenance, I expected a much higher level of professionalism.
