Communication throughout the entire process was clear and timely, and everything went smoothly from the agreement to delivery. As part of the purchase, there was a Christmas gift option, and we chose an Xbox. Two days before vehicle pickup, Adam graciously offered to personally drop off the Xbox at a restaurant where we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. That level of care and attention really stood out and made the whole experience feel personal and stress-free. I had an amazing buying experience at this dealership! I recently purchased a 2025 Hyundai Tucson HEV Demo car, and my salesperson was Paniz. From the test drive to the price negotiation, the entire process was incredibly smooth. My English is not very strong, but Paniz spoke very clearly and was thoughtful enough to slow down her pace for me. When negotiating the price with the manager, they never complained or showed any impatience about me using a translation app. Instead, they were incredibly understanding, and we were able to complete the purchase smoothly through the app. I am so grateful for the help from Paniz and her sales team. Additionally, Lance provided huge help after I took delivery of the car. The sales team gave me absolutely no pressure before the purchase, and when a few minor imperfections came up after the sale, they took care of them immediately without making any excuses. Even though it was a demo car, it was delivered to me spotlessly clean, both inside and out. I highly recommend anyone who has concerns about their English to come to this dealership for their next Hyundai!

Do not take your car to this service department. I had 2 engine area leaks repaired at West Edmonton Hyundai. When leaving the dealership after the repairs, the hot air was not working. A few minutes later my dash lit up red and said my engine was overheating. I pulled over and noticed my coolant was empty. I personally paid for a tow truck back to the dealership and had them fix my car the following day. They said they’d reimburse me for the tow truck and my car has since been working fine. Not only did they almost destroy my engine by lack of detail, but they have not reimbursed my tow truck cost. I sent them a message and have been told to file a claim with a different website. This would’ve been nice to know day of instead of having to reach out weeks later. Ultimately, I would avoid the service department here. It is clear that there is a lack of communication and standards in this area of the dealership.

Based on my requirements, Al recommended the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. After a test drive, I was very impressed with the vehicle and decided to proceed with the purchase. Once the purchase details were finalized, I was introduced to Catherine On, the Finance Manager. Catherine made the financing and documentation process seamless and stress-free. She went above and beyond by assisting with the vehicle registration as well, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. Given the many advanced technical features of the vehicle, a detailed orientation was necessary. Although the delivery coordinator was unavailable on the delivery day, Richard promptly scheduled a separate appointment and personally came to my home to provide a comprehensive walkthrough. He spent over two hours explaining the vehicle’s features in detail and kindly assured me that he would be available for any future questions or assistance. Overall, my experience with West Edmonton Hyundai was outstanding. The entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service.
