Long review incoming! This is hands down the best shop in Pensacola. I have had multiple shops tell me that they could not figure out the problem with my car and I almost sold it because of that. I took my car to West Florida Motors and with no code being thrown and an intermittent problem at that my car was a MESS. It was extremely hard to pinpoint the problem but Ken is a genius. He gave me hope in my car again and made it feel like brand new. If you are having any issues with your vehicle big or small, this is the shop to go to!!! Ken is my mechanic from here on out I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle!!!
Overcharged me when I totalled my car. They charged me $50 per day for 4 days for my car to sit in junkyard, which was ridiculous. Do not recommend
