What an amazing experience!!! I was in and out with a new car in 3 hours!!! Curtis was my salesman and he was amazing!! No beating around the bush. We spoke about what I wanted to accomplish and what I was looking for and he showed me what they had. He asked for likes and dislikes, color preferences and he delivered. I wanted a multi point inspection on a Sonata I bought for my daughter sweet 16. So I called West Houston Hyundai to see how much it will cost. The young man I m spoke with informed me it was free so I proceeded to make appointment thinking it will be days. The young man was nice and polite, he said can you come now we can take care of u jux pull right to service. I was very surprised. When I got the another nice and polite young man Jordan Blethen greeted me. He took all my information, heard my concerns, and told me my vehicle will be ready in a hour in 1/2. So I’ll pull back up within an hour because I stayed in the area sure enough when I was pulling up Jordan was pulling up with my vehicle. He greeted me and went over everything with me, and gave me his business card. Long story short West Houston Hyundai have the BEST people working for them.

His reputation exceeds him as everything I was told about his personable service was exactly my experience. With Z, I can call him that because we are homies now 😎, and his sales manager Julian I had the best experience. Not only did I get an upgraded car to the one i wanted, they managed to get me in the vehicle within budget.
