My experience was extremely good, starting from walking inside the dealership all the way drove my new car from their lot. Sales agent, manager and everyone in between, they all were just amazing, no unnecessary sales pitch and pressure. We drove multiple cars and ended up buying Tiguan LE R trim. Customer service was great. Alyssa kept in communication as we got our vehicle fixed. The part to a bit to arrive, but nothing could’ve been done to expedite the part. The team worked efficiently to get all items resolved. We are happy campers from the results.
