We were very happy with the team here and our sales rep Michael S was awesome. He went way beyond my expectations. The leadership team, finance and service were all excellent as well. They worked hard for us to make sure we had the best deal possible. I couldn’t be more happy with my trucks and I’ll be back for sure.

I had no issues with the dealership itself and Michael was an incredible salesman and made sure to answer any and all questions and was very helpful with getting everything together. However, I’m disappointed to say that this has to be the least reliable vehicle that I have ever owned. I got a check engine light days after I brought it home, and had a total transmission failure before I even made my first payment. My mechanic has seen this car more than I have since purchase and I could pay off the car completely and have money left over with the amount I’ve already had to put into repairs. I’m sure the newer cars at this location are great, but I don’t think I’d be able to recommend this dealership to anyone else looking for a more affordable used car.

We just bought a 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie, and our salesperson, Lamine, was incredible. He and his team went above and beyond for us. They showed us multiple trucks, pulled tons of numbers, and worked so hard to make everything fit our budget. As a 19-year-old, I’m still learning about buying and trading a car, but they were so patient and explained everything clearly even when I asked the same questions more than once. The whole team was so kind, helpful, and genuinely fun to work with. This was honestly the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. The hospitality was amazing, and we left feeling confident and excited about our new truck. Highly recommend Lamine and the entire team!

From the moment we arrived, he and the entire team were incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. There was absolutely no pressure, which meant a lot—especially since we just moved here from out of state and are still getting familiar with everything. David took the time to guide us in the right direction for our needs here in Tennessee, answering all our questions and making the process smooth and stress-free. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! The check engine light came on 2 weeks after buying. Carson promised it would be a priority to get it fixed. They had the car for over a month claiming to be fixing it. They held it so the 90 day warranty would expire. They claim that used cars have been certified and everything is in working condition. I was promised an extension on the warranty due to having it so long. Once I got the car back the transmission blew in 2 weeks. They refused to help saying that the CPO warranty had expired. The extended warranty I purchased refused to cover the services. I was forced to trade it in. Losing out on tens of thousands of dollars. Their service is horrible. They treat you like crap after they get your money. They will tell you anything to get you out the door then not follow through on the things they promised. Marthin is there top sales man. He stated that the car had features that it didn't have to close the sale. DO NOT trust them. They operate like a buy here pay here. They are definitions of sleezy car salesmen. This was the worst car buy experience I have ever had.
