My experience started with a phone call received by our salesman Sam Seddiki. As we discussed the vehicle we were interested in I explained that I was concerned about addendums adding to the cost of the vehicle. He checked with management and told me there would be none added. We drove 2 hours to make a deal….long story short he was a man of his word and we made our purchase without any issues. Sam was extremely personable and professional. I have only great things to say about Sam. Another shout out to Mr Le in finance. He was very helpful, answering all of our questions concerning warranty, extended warranty options etc. . Mr Le was also very personable and professional making our overall experience at Westpoint Lincoln an easy and pleasant one. Hats off to these two men for making us feel like a truly valued customer. Side note: Sam even switched our plates and cleaned the bugs off👍. He also switched our toll tag that otherwise would have been left had it not been for his excellent customer service.
