After my first experience, I was extremely frustrated and felt misled, but someone from the team contacted me afterward to go over everything. They listened to my concerns, clarified the miscommunication, and actually took the time to fix the situation instead of ignoring it. I especially want to mention Jeff, because he played a big role in turning my experience around. He was patient, straightforward, and made sure everything was explained clearly this time. He worked with me to get the deal to where it was originally supposed to be, and he made the whole process a lot smoother and more transparent. I really appreciated how he handled things. While my experience started off rough, I think it’s important to give credit when it’s due. The team especially Jeff and also Julia took responsibility, fixed the issues, and helped me leave feeling satisfied and happy with the outcome.
