I purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE. Joyce (saleswoman) was outside waiting for me when I arrived and was excellent through the entire purchasing process. Both her and Jose (sales manager) worked the numbers for me to get to a buying amount that I was comfortable with. Last but not least, Lauren (finance department) helped me wrap everything up with the numbers and warranty’s and also did an excellent job. Overall a very positive experience and I love my new car! We took the car for a drive around the block, and I fell in love. Not an hour later, I was driving Snow White (my new Tacoma) home. Purchased two cars in the last 3 months from my kids and had a good experience with team at Westbrook. Jose is very pleasant to work wirh, and we always get the right fit from Joyce, our salesperson. We had to wait for a car in transit and were kept up to date regularly. My dad was in the car business for over 50 years and I was locked in to many aspects of the business.
