My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Behi at Westbury Jeep as we shopped Jeep Wranglers. Behi was sensational in immediately making but us comfortable with what everyone knows is a tedious and somethimes frustrating process- getting in to a new car. Behi researched the style/model wrangler we sought and went out of his way to get specs for the customized rocky ridge version. He was on point with the tutorial on this unique wrangler to make the shopping experience so much easier. When we hit a finance snag, he sat us down with Bob and easily steered us into an affordable rate loan to ensure the purchase would be finalized as planned, on time. I can't say enough about the guys we dealt with, they were fantastic.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited, and Eric made the entire process so easy and stress-free. ***ALL VEHICLES ARE LOANERS AND THEY LIED TO SELL US A VEHICLE AND THEY DON'T NOTE IT ANYWHERE ON ANY VEHICLE*** Lied during the sales process. Sold us a warranty we didn't ask for. Didn't disclose all their vehicles are loaners before they sold them and then breezed through a ton of paperwork to hide it. The vehicle has been in the shop about as long as it's been in our driveway. We found the Jeep online and thought it was a great deal. It was a 2 hour drive but hey, great deal! the ad sad there was only one owner and 15k miles. So we get there, we drive it, looks great. We sign about 100 pages of paperwork in 90 seconds. That's the important part. Come to find out, the one owner was Westbury Jeep. They buy vehicles and use them as loaner cars while simultaneously listing them as for sale. They have no clue how many people drove our Jeep. 100+ people driving a vehicle that isn't there's drive the vehicle different than they would their own. Suffice to say, we've had massive problems with the vehicle. During the sales process, Raffy snuck in a warranty we didn't want. He gave us the third party warranty and not the FCA warranty we asked for. Why? Well I'll tell you! The commissions are better on the third party warranty. They said we could take it to ANY licensed Jeep dealership and we'd never pay more than $100. 100% not true. Thank God we had problems. We found out at a licensed Jeep dealership we were sold a bunk warranty. That dealership wouldn't take the warranty because they have too many problems with that company not playing, not covering, etc. In fact, Westbury is STILL CALLING ME to sell me a third party warranty! It happened yesterday! Then I write a review like this one. We were lied to in the sales process. Their ad was disingenuous saying there was one owner. They knew they were being shady by not saying anything about the vehicle being a loaner and the one owner. Their Head of Sales, Mike, assured me that this would all be fixed. Then they took the vehicle for TWO WEEKS and it came back with more problems than we sent it away with. It also had the same problems! they didn't fix anything! He then asked if I would take my review down in trade for some white glove service to fix the vehicle, which I did in good faith. That good faith is gone because they/Mike haven't done anything. See, I lead and build global sales teams. If one of my guys LIED to sell our product, they'd be FIRED. Instead, Raffy got a commission. Mike has since stopped responding to us altogether so we've had to take the fight to FCA (Owner of Jeep) about all the horrible things that are wrong with the vehicle. so the Jeep is in the shop again and they are finding all sorts of other things wrong with it. I've been getting daily texts about all the replacement parts. We sent Westbury the vehicle to be fixed once already and it came back worse. We have no faith that Westbury actually did anything. They didn't even assign a case number for the service visit. I've since been told this is done to make it harder to track service that's been done on new vehicles. How they say they did an inspection on this vehicle is wild to me and probably a lie. Oh, and lastly, the loaner vehicle didn't work! I got stranded in a parking lot and it took me 20 minutes for the vehicle to start. Here's a list: Gets stuck in different gears and only revs while driving. Have to pull over and turn off the vehicle. Phones won't connect, screen freezes, makes an ear-shattering buzzing noise, Constant error messages on all apps, Jeep assistant randomly pops on and won't go off. Rear cam glitches. All sorts of yellow error messages in the different parts of the car while driving. DO NOT BUY FROM WESTBURY. I have now leased multiple cars from here, one most recently being this week. I wanted to recognize how great of a job they do, specifically Ubaid who was the sales agent helping me during this recent deal. He was extremely professional, helpful, and attentive during the whole process. They were able to deliver competitive pricing, on top of great customer service. The new Grand Cherokee is exactly as expected, drives well and nice interior features are included. Overall this was an enjoyable and stress free process, as there was great communication the whole time. I highly recommend giving them a chance at the next car anyone is looking to get.
