I would give more than 5 stars if that was an option. We were looking for a very specific car, in a certain color and with certain features. We had a flexible timeline and were willing to wait for exactly what we wanted. Therefore we worked with several members of the staff at Westbury Toyota for a few months to secure our car. And every step along the way, every person we dealt with was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and diligent. Randy Abbreu made sure we had the right members of his team to help us. Stanley Thomas and Jeremy Garcia were on the hunt daily, determined to find us the right car while also offering additional potential options for us. They were in contact with us regularly with status updates on their search for our "unicorn" car. Julio Diaz was so accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made the delivery process a great, stress-free experience. He took the time to explain all the vehicle features, answered any questions, and anticipated the things that would be most important to our family. Julio and the staff took care of everything with the DMV to transfer our old plates to the new car for us, which was so appreciated. Finally, Jesus Nunez expertly handled all of the financing and final paperwork. He explained everything easily, was very detailed-oriented, answered all of our questions, and ensured everything was in order for the sale.
