Western GM Drumheller

We are so thankful and grateful for Western GM and their wonderful team! We were travelling from Camrose to Medicine Hat for a medical appointment and our vehicle broke down. After calling AMA to get us towed to Drumheller, we had to find somewhere to fix the vehicle plus get a rental to be able to make it to my appointment. I was lucky enough to talk to Alycia and Chelsey at Western Gm who managed to get the vehicle looked at same day, as well as track us down a rental. These girls were so knowledgeable, friendly and caring!! Upon arrival at the shop We were welcomed and offered a beverage and even a slice of their staff lunch pizza!! Darcy and the mechanic jumped right in at getting the vehicle in to get looked at, found the problem and ordered parts for repair. We looked at a new truck while waiting and Ashley accommodated all our needs and questions. They have a huge inventory and great pricing! Not to mention…. so friendly! Since it was a next day part delivery, we were given a nice rental car to get us to Medicine Hat for the appointment. The following day we weren’t going to be back to the shop to drop off the rental and pick up our vehicle until after closing. They stayed open for us and with such great attitudes! They even cleaned our vehicle!! After a friendly send off, we headed home. What could have been a nightmare.. was made so easy for us. Well done Western GM and staff!! Your whole team was so great and so friendly!! THANK YOU!!!!! 🙏🏻

I had an outstanding experience! Lorelee and her team were absolutely fantastic. I was driving back home to Edmonton when a low oil-pressure warning came up, and even though I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them, they treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. They quickly arranged a rental vehicle and took care of the issue without any hassle. The level of service I received here is honestly better than what you’d expect in the big city. Huge thanks to the team for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Today, I had a service and semi-annual inspection done on the 2021 GMC Canyon. My appointment was for 8:00 am. The service department asked if I wanted it done right away. I replied yes I will wait. I proceeded to have a coffee that was good, and to my surprise, it only took an hr. Great service and nice atmosphere. Would I recommend having your vehicle serviced here? Yes. My wait time is 1 hr.
