Roughly 10 years 7 days per week. I was a full-time motorcycle rider as my only mode of transportation. This was my first motorcycle purchase at Western Honda bought this brand brand new right off the showroom floor. Later on down the road, I bought a newer model, but in all honesty I was always very partial to the Black Beauty. There’s something to be said about a black shiny paint job. All of the custom work was done by Josh who at the time was the manager of the service department. I’ve been now for several years without a motorcycle and driving a car, which kind of feels like a privilege after not having one for roughly 10 years. If I ever decide someday to go back to having a two wheel companion, I would definitely go to Western Honda. They really know their stuff and their customer service is outstanding.

Josh, the service manager, along with his staff, are worth their weight in gold. They were tasked with adding 10 items to my bike before pickup, and they nailed it! Everything came out perfect. I’m a customer for life!

I walked in here without an appointment and a vague idea of wanting a motorcycle. In less than 2 hours, I rode out on my first Honda! These guys are very straightforward and won't jerk you around. Great service and a friendly atmosphere. Paperwork was quick and easy. One thing to be aware of: they don't deliver, so bring a trailer or plan to ride home. 10/10 would recommend for any prospective biker.

Been a parts and service customer for over 20 years, have always had a fair deal and honest work. In the last couple of years, I've purchased two new bikes off the showroom floor and could not be happier. I've lost count of how many of my friends have picked up bikes here.
