We purchased a new Ford Maverick from Western Slope Ford. Our salesman, Jesus Vargas, was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything extremely well. The entire process was simple and straightforward.

Darrien and her service team did a FANTASTIC job installing the trailer hitch on my ford escape and I could not be more happy. Her communication throughout the day while I was in an area with very minimal cell service was amazing. I was sent updates every few hours VIA text as I was unable to receive calls. They did an absolutely fantastic job putting in the hitch and the wiring and they were very reasonably priced compared to other dealerships closer to my area, especially with the amount of work that needed to be done to install it. Met with Brian. Same response. From the nice Receptionist to Josh to Brian. Super nice. I’ve been in sales all my life. I worked for Zig Ziglar for about two years selling his video training programs to corporations…mainly car dealerships then I did his three day training programs teaching the key people how to facilitate the program. The service department at Western Slope is top notch! I needed a software update for a recall and they were able to fix it after 2 attempts. I also really like how they have mobile service. The courtesy shuttle is also very convenient.
