Best kind experience with Dean, Tony and Jessica at Western Used! Bought a car from them recently. From the test drive to getting the keys, I’ve never had a better experience while buying cars, everyone at Western Used is very friendly and actually cares about people getting the right car for each individual. This is rare in today’s world where most dealerships focus on just closing the sale as fast as possible and pressurizing people, here I’ve felt like friends helping me make a responsible decision.

In the end, I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere when something became available at a Toyota dealership, but my experience at Western Used truly stood out. Well, I dropped into Western Used one day. Having just moved back to the island for retirement not long before, I was not aware that Western Used existed. When I walked in I was met by Dean, one of their fantastic salesman. I told him I was looking for a truck, preferably a Toyota Tacoma, although all of their Tacomas with the 6ft box were spoken for, he showed me a 2022 Tundra that was absolutely immaculate. I took it for a test drive and as nice as it was I still wanted a Tacoma. I explained to Dean what I wanted, he said no worries, leave it with me and I will find you exactly what you want. A couple days later Dean called and said, I have your truck, 2023 Tacoma TRD Sport, 21000kms and I have already marked your name on it. Next day I took it for a test drive and it was everything he said it was. I said give me your best number, he went to see the manager and immediately came back with a very generous number, no back and forth no discussion needed. The deal was done, it was that simple, best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. From this point forward, this is the only place I will buy a vehicle from, I am from central Newfoundland and will always make the drive back to Western Used in Corner Brook to purchase my vehicles. Tony, Dean, Trevor & Erin were all a great bunch to deal with! Very helpful, friendly and responsive! Told them was looking for something with low kilometres - and within a day or 2 they shot me a text! They stayed in contact consistently from the start and answered all questions almost immediately! Drove from St. John’s to pickup in Corner Brook, well worth the trip out. Cheaper prices for lower mileage vehicles in good shape.
