Went in on a Friday after work to look for a Prius Hybrid Phev and spoke with Saejoon Kim. Had a great service from start to finish with a solid test drive and a clear breakdown of what offers were available. What I liked the most was that he was honest, clear and not pushy. He was available and just overall great to deal with. I ended up choosing another car over the Prius Hybrid Phev but would recommend speaking with Saejoon if ever you go to New West Toyota! You'll find he is a class act especially when you compare the service from some of the other toyota dealerships...

Decided on Friday that it's time for a change of car cause of the fuel prices. Called the showroom and Bob told me to just come in even though i didn't book an appointment before. Both Mark and Bob helped me patiently with the whole process even when I had a lot of questions as this is my first time buying a brand new car. Overall I am very very satisfied with my new Prius and I highly recommend Bob and Mark!
