We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle here. The pre-sale process was excellent—test drives were easy to arrange, and I really appreciated the transparency with no 'bait and switch' tactics or hidden fees. My only minor critique is that the delivery felt a bit underwhelming; it lacked the 'special moment' feel we were hoping for. Overall, though, a very honest and straightforward dealership.

I had an outstanding experience at Lexus Westside, and it was all thanks to Ronnie Samuel. From start to finish, Ronnie was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best possible experience. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I never felt pressured — just supported and valued. Ronnie truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and it shows. Because of him, I would absolutely recommend Lexus Westside to anyone looking for exceptional service and a seamless car-buying experience. Five stars all the way!

My husband and I recently visited Westside Lexus excited to explore purchasing a Lexus. Unfortunately, our experience with Sales Consultant Jonathan Jaramillo left us extremely disappointed. From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The interaction came across as dismissive, condescending, and lacking the level of professionalism we expected from a luxury dealership. Rather than feeling valued as potential customers, we felt as though we were being judged and not taken seriously. I entered the dealership genuinely excited about the Lexus brand and hopeful about finding a vehicle I loved. Instead, I left feeling discouraged and with a negative impression of both the dealership and the vehicles we viewed. A luxury car-buying experience should make customers feel respected, informed, and appreciated regardless of their age or appearance. While I cannot speak to Jonathan’s intentions, I can speak to how the interaction made us feel. Whether intentional or not, we left feeling looked down upon and unwelcome. It was disappointing enough that we decided to continue our vehicle search elsewhere. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure every guest feels welcomed, respected, and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

I went into the dealership just looking at the Lexus cars. Everyone we met was very friendly and very helpful. Our salesperson, John Breaux was incredibly helpful, not pushy and helped guide us into what car we felt what we were really looking for. We ended up buying that car that day and drove it home. We have really enjoyed our 2026 Lexus TX 350 AWD over the past month plus that we've owned it. Its easy to drive and both myself and my wife feel very safe driving my Lexus. There's an incredible number of things to learn on how to use and get the most from the car. We were overwhelmed at first with the number of buttons and things to push to get things done on the car. John called us after a few days to check on how we liked the car and if there was any issues we had. He arranged for us to get training at the dealership to understand everything there was on the car. That was most helpful. John has continued to follow up with us and he wants us to call him with anything we need help on. Our thanks to John for all he's done for us during and after our car purchase. John is by far the best sales person we have ever had.
