I recently had a very pleasant experience at Westview Ford. I didn’t end up making a deal but I want to recognize that Ryan and Marc are a couple of genuine and hardworking guys. Ryan went to bat for me and got me the best deal that I feel I could have received and Marc put a very quick and fair financing package together for me. In the end it wasn’t the right vehicle for me at this time but I would not hesitate to go back and put together another deal in the future with these guys. A refreshing change to the common stereotypical car searching experience. Thanks Ryan! Thanks Marc! Sorry it didn’t work out this time. Also, the service team was able to quickly get some recall work done on my truck while I was given the opportunity of a lengthy test drive. Much appreciated service team! Upon returning from a camping trip, our Escape was completely dead no power. We live in Campbell River, however I'm very good friends with the Service Manager Kieth Davies so we towed the car behind our motor home to Westview. Kieth Davies and Technician Kieth Green diagnosed the problem right away, and we needed to replace our 12 volt battery. In and out in less than an hour. Service second to none! Sales person was great but the service department.......that's a different story. I called to see if they would take my A class r v in to repair the cruise control. I was told that it was too big for their shop to handle. And that the cruise control was something that they could not repair, even though it's a ford chassis. And yet the previous owner had its service there all the time.I even have the sticker on the window to prove it.

Always a good experience here. My 2021 Ranger is in good hands. Lena, a service department trainee, did a great job. Prompt with the paperwork, offered coffee, and thoroughly explained what had been done. A real pleasure to deal with.

Took truck in for a total look over and had detailing done. The work was done very fast and the truck looked new again. The staff were really nice and helpful it was a good first time experience and will be back. Purchased a new Ford Bronco Sport and we are happy with the whole experience. The staff are great and try to accommodate you in every way possible.
