I have been dealing with Westward Ford out of Portage for years. Purchased a total of 4 vehicles - 3 trucks, 1 car over 25 years or more. Just recently my salesman was Miguel Medeiros. I was very impressed with his selling me my new truck. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. Through it all I wanted extra accessories and dealt with the Parts Dept. (Pam) and the Service dept. All were very helpful and contributive to what I needed done or what needed ordering. Grady and his team from Service dealt with an issue that had come up and was very professional about the end result. I was very satisfied with the service level he provided. Bought my Scat Pack here and Jaime and Ian were 100% straight up dudes. Felt no pressure, nothing was forced and they did everything they could to get me the best rates here. Good experience after being soured by Eastern Chrysler- Would 100% go back and tell others to as well.

The team accommodated all our requests before pickup, making the process seamless and efficient. Jaime in finance was incredibly helpful, handling much of the paperwork in advance, which saved time when I arrived. The price was fair, and the service was outstanding.
