We have purchased 2 vehicles from this Honda dealership. Kristy Logan handled the first transaction, a while back, with great care. She listened to our needs and did her utmost to make sure we had the vehicle best suited to our budget, as well as needs. Financing took the same care. In fact, the entire crew have been friendly and helpful, which makes business less stressful. Kristy went beyond regular service by taking time to answer the many questions we asked, with straightforwardness and added good humour. She also went out of her way to inform us about a trade-in possibility to upgrade to a previously owned Honda that might meet our current needs. This was handled with the same detail and care. Our visits to the dealership seems more like visiting friends as we get our servicing done, periodically, and stay in touch.

Ok...not my favourite thing to buy a car...time consuming, heart stopping when you get the value of your beloved vehicle and the uncertainty of what you are getting for your hard earned cash! I worked with Kristy...she has 5 trophies on her desk for salesperson of the year...but I think she staying humble...she was patient, well informed and fair...Shane the manager...who I think is a straight shooter...gave me fair trade in value and she got me a vehicle that suited my needs...they have this spiffy new showroom and the complimentary coffee ain't bad either...emerged from the deal with no PTSD (post-traumatic sales disorder) and happily turned over my keys and drove off into the sunset with my 2023 Honda CRV!
