Westwood Honda

This review is based on my experience with Westwood Honda's service department, in particular the service manager Michael Case. I have been bringing both my vehicles here since 2013. The former service advisor and I became friends through our relationship at Honda. I have always felt good about brining my car and SUV here. Since Michael has stepped into the managers position here that level of customer care has continued to be excellent. He takes his time to explain to me the process of the maintenance that I may need. On several occasions he invites the technicians to consult with me directly, allowing me to be fully informed. Some of this car stuff can go over my head. What I truly appreciate is Michael, and the rest of his team will seek the answers when it is not obvious or readily or available. This garners trust and confidence. I recently had a big service job come up on my car. The entire service department knows how much I love this old car. It's one of Honda's rarest models that aren't seen often by the techs and parts are less and less available. So naturally it can be a bit of work hunting them down often resulting in sourcing the parts directly form Japan. Michael made this happen and managed to have the work order completed ahead of schedule. By the way, you do not need a Honda to experience this level of fair transparent service where you feel good about your transaction. They work on all vehicles. I run a small business where I used a chevy tracker and Michael's Predecessor Mathew Litchy was instrumental keeping me on the road. So please consider dropping by the Westwood service department the next time you want a piece of mind and ask for Michael Case.

I recently had a great experience visiting Westwood Honda to just have a look at their new lineup of SUV's. From the moment I walked in, Rysam and the team were welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the visit feel relaxed and informative rather than pressured. They previously took excellent care of my 1998 Honda Prelude, so I already had confidence in their service and professionalism. Michael, the sales associate I met with, was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through different options and provided clear information without being pushy. It really felt like they were focused on helping me make the right decision, not just making a sale. Overall, it was a pleasure getting to connect with the team. When I’m ready to finalize my purchase later this summer, I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you to Michael, Rysam, and the entire team for the outstanding experience.

Gary, Amar, and Mateo were great to deal with. I've bought vehicles from Mitsubishi, and smaller lots, and it's like night and day at this location. You feel like you're talking to real people, they even reached out after the sale to get the second key to me that the previous owners dropped off. Happy with my 2024 CR-V hybrid!

Drove home my 2023 Honda CRV EX-L from them and everything was setup in a breeze. Amar and Alex walked me throughout the process very patiently and did more than they promised and delivered the best customer service. Highly recommend them for the best deal out there on the most reasonable prices.

So. We did go to other places to test other options. After looking at Honda dealers in the Lower Mainland we got a very good feeling about this family run operation. We had Michael Tran on our side, working with Alex in financing, the management as well as the insurance advisor. This is absolutely a team that has your best interest at heart. We never felt pressured, only supported. This was a big decision for my wife and I and we are so happy it ended up here. The management always checked in with us through our multiple visits and we ended up heading home feeling happy and proud of our beautiful new investment. Do not hesitate, Westwood Honda is the best place to become part of the Honda Family.
