Wetzel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I had a particular jeep i looked at online and drove in to look at on a Sunday. I went in Monday with a pre approval from Capitol One. They waited on me quickly and I was on a test drive within 5 minutes. They tried to get me a better deal from the many banks they use. The manager greeted me as soon as I walked in and quickly got me a salesman. After the test drive while they was trying to get me a better deal the salesman took me to the jeep and went over everything in the jeep. He knew so much about the jeep explained how to do everything was very knowledgeable. After trying to get 2 cars through carvana with under 20000 miles and both had problems I wanted something brand new that I knew would be took care of being the first owner. After the great service and the beautiful jeep I got this will be where I go to purchase a vehicle every time now. Great service and they want to get you in the vehicle you want at the best price you can get. Everyone was so nice from the manager the salesman and the guy who does the financing just a great experience. Thank you for getting me in my beautiful brand new Jeep!

Jarrett was very good to talk to. I wish they had the exact car I wanted Charger (Orange) with blackout package but only 1 dealer in Ky. Had what I wanted. But the only R/T's that I seen were here at Wetzel and that gave me the opportunity to see the differences. Good guy to buy from I'm sure and he has a real enthusiasm for the car and others on the lot.

Bryce, Randy, Jason, and a couple other store associates helped me find a new car that I absolutely love. They said they were going to do something and did it they did not steer me in the wrong direction and assured me they would get me a car that I loved. They were absolutely amazing and they deserve a raise. If you go to this car lot Bryce and Randy are the 2 you should meet first for your car buying needs.

My son and I both bought Jeeps from this dealership. Bri was amazing and made us feel at home. Will definitely buy from them again and send referrals to them.

We were interested in a 2019 Dodge Durango they have on one of the lots currently. When we initially saw it we called willing to process the transaction over the phone if they would ship the vehicle but they were not willing to ship the vehicle nor accommodate in any way of us traveling to Indiana from South Carolina which is cool no problem at all. I understand we just use to southern hospitality LOL however first forward we book flights to purchase the vehicle and drive back home. Upon arrival and seeing the vehicle the SUV it’s fading pretty bad and if you know fade leads to rust so that truck would HAVE to be painted. Still willing to purchase the car less the amount for a paint job they would not sell less than listed. They offered $500 off which was a slap to the face because they will barely buy the paint to that color. So just be careful with that 2019 Dodge Durango R/T coming from a family that rebuild race cars and does paint and body work pretty often that truck will fade out unless it’s painted completely. Once it’s painted the value will drop. The online pictures does not show the fading. One has the spot on the door if you zoom in and know what you are looking for. This was also not mention before we decided to act on the truck. So just be careful if you do decide to act on that truck. I’m all for open honest transactions and someone buying that truck will be upside down walking out the door. So I’m leaving this review to hopefully help someone else. I think our salesperson is a good guy so I’m not leaving any names just strictly want to help someone else. Luckily I have great men in my life that wouldn’t let me leave with anything not worth my money because once we got to the paperwork I was going to put down over half but never made it to that point.
