I have now had 3 service appointments with Wharton Chevrolet. Each and every encounter has been as good or better than the last. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Keith and Ms Teresa are the absolute best! I had an amazing experience with the service department at Wharton Chevrolet from start to finish. Scheduling was incredibly easy, and being able to drop my vehicle off the night before made everything so convenient. They called me by lunchtime the next day to let me know my vehicle was already ready to go after my oil change and tire rotation. I had also lost the key for my wheel locks, and instead of making it a hassle, they immediately reassured me with “no worries, we’ll figure it out” — and they did. That level of customer service and professionalism really stood out to me. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the entire process stress-free. Great customer service from beginning to end. Highly recommend Wharton Chevrolet’s service department!

Great experience at Wharton Chevrolet. Our salesman, Ian Chapman, greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. He didn't pressure us at all, just asked what we were interested in and showed us to whatever we wanted to see. After showing us a dozen different cars we finally chose one we wanted to test drive. He was very kind and patient never hurrying us at all, just letting us browse at our leisure. My wife fell in love with a 2026 (riverstone metallic)GMC Terrain. After the test drive we sat down negotiated numbers and he submitted to finance. After all was said and done he had the car cleaned and personally took it to fill the tank. He is a great informative and engaging no pressure salesman. Thanks, Ian, for a great no hassle experience. We surely will buy from Wharton Chevrolet again in the future and you are a big part of the reason why. Our first impression of Wharton Chevrolet was a good one.

Ian Chapman was courteous and extremely helpful! If you’re looking to get into a new vehicle he’s your go to guy. Any questions or concerns he finds the answers to them. In a nutshell he really did help me and my father and i recommend him highly ! Ask for Ian he’s your go to guy
