I just had a scheduled service done on my 2021 Silverado 1500 at this dealership. Just wanted to send a shout out to the service department and in particular, Jerry, one of the service advisors. All work that was to be performed was explained clearly to me and any questions I had were answered with respect and dignity. At time of pickup, all work performed was again explained in detail. I'll continue to use this dealership for any and all service work. It's always been a great experience.

Hands down the best car dealership in town. Last year I bought my Buick Envista and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team made everything smooth from start to finish, and you can tell they take real pride in the work they do. The service has been excellent, and every interaction has felt friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a dealership where the staff truly care about their customers, but this place absolutely does. Highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased a 2025 Yukon late last year. The purchase went well, but there were some quality control issues that arose after we took delivery, mainly with the paint being thin in some spots, some dents and body panel related problems that were discovered when we got home. That’s when we saw a substantial change in attitude from Wheaton, from accommodating to “go away”. The service manager Jason was excellent to deal with, but things fell apart quickly once he left for holidays. We discovered multiple paint issues and the response was “they’re all like that” and other nonsense designed to avoid accountability. The owner Luke was arrogant and had a real attitude. I would not recommend Wheaton Kamloops, my experience was I was treated well until after I paid, then I was made to feel that I was an annoyance to them.

I live in the Lower Mainland and was intersted in purchasing a used vehicle. Shawn from the Sales team provided the most amazing experience. He was quick to respond, personable and honest. I couldn't have asked for a better person and a better experience. Megan from the Finance team was also great and took care of the financial aspect of the deal. Overall, the dealership appears to be very trustworthy and open. Highly recommended.
