What an absolute pleasure it was wheeling and dealing with Gord Jhattu. He made the whole experience an absolute blast. From start to finish he was there every step of the way and even had our truck re detailed before we arrived. Adam from Barnes Wheaton, South Surrey was great! It was Friday late afternoon, I came in after finding out my car wouldn't be ready due to unforeseeable issue. Because I have only one car I needed a courtesy car for the weekend, but they had none left by that time. Nonetheless Adam along with another person, set me up at this last moment – very grateful and perfectly happy. I came back on Monday and everything had been fixed. Particularly glad they found the extra issue, given I would've had to come back or even possibly had an incident. So big thumbs up to all! PS: I am not naïve – this was a legitimate "couldn't have been foreseen before taking care of the original issue" case.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Charles Benton (sales) he helped me with the purchase of my new car. Would highly recommend if you arrive looking for a new or used vehicle. Marta in finance was awesome as well! Amazing customer service all around.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service I received. My only concern was that when I arrived just before my 10:00 a.m. appointment, there was only one service advisor available, Adam, who was on the phone for some time. He apologized for the delay. Francin then assisted me and was professional and friendly. She noted the minor concerns I had about my car, arranged an Uber for me, and referred me to the sales team when I asked about repairing my damaged rims. I spoke with Gord, who was very helpful, although I still need to arrange the repair. When I returned that afternoon (another Uber was arranged) and Adam assisted me. He explained clearly that the two issues I had raised were not actually problems, and he made sure I understood when my car would next require service. Thank you. I am a happy customer. Nico
