If I could give 1000 Stars I would . This dealership is the best hands down ! The best customer service. They make you feel comfortable and they do their best to get you into a car of your dreams ! Mike is awesome . I walked out with the car I loved within an hour . He made the experience easy , fast , and efficient. They don’t beat around the bush like some other car dealers out there . I didn’t know God has his Angels working in dealerships until Friday when I walked into these doors of this dealership. Don't waste your time or your sanity!! Terrible lemons! I've had nothing but issues with my car since I bought it. Everything from the charging system and replacing solinoids to the engine blowing up! Took it in many times with it burning through oil, 'nothing found' and I was basically disregarded. The engine is toast shortly after. I get disregarded again! The head warranty guy is awesome and got them to replace the engine. It's basically thrown in and multiple issues from literally the moment I pick it back up. Horrible squealing noises and no power steering. I have spent more time with that car being in the shop, than I have actually spent in the driver's seat.

The staff at wheel city are absolutely phenomenal and work hard to get you into a vehicle you’ll truly like. They give you a chance when most places won’t and they’re backed by warranties which is always reassuring when shopping for a vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. My daughter got her vehicle there almost 2 years ago and hasn’t had any issues and I’m confident with the vehicle I just purchased. Sales staff was great they did what that had to to get me into a vehicle had my eye set on a different unit and was moved to a smaller damaged car a few things that do not sit right one I was told that the car was put through a safety check but nug nuts are missing and I signed a car not collision form car has bondo in the rear right fender along with obvious red rub marks on bumper Indicating some collision car runs ok for now but I also looked up the car and after signing a disclosure that there were no recalls there are around 4 dealing with uconnect, fuel and air problems. Well only 70 more payments and she's mine..
