# Summary The dealership receives praise for exceptional customer service from certain staff members who demonstrate professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care in both sales and service interactions. However, negative reviews highlight concerns about misleading trade-in valuations, incomplete vehicle maintenance services, and quality control issues with new vehicle deliveries.
Special thanks to SERGIO in finance for making it happen and to SCOTT, an amazing salesman. From the initial phone call, to approval, to delivery and follow up. They've been outstanding, and made sure the transaction was smooth, transparent and kept excellent communication at all time! Scott was very personable and he truly committed to the highest level of professionalism, made sure the vehicle was perfect and everything was smooth and exactly how I expected. He even offered me a courtesy pickup since I came from far. These guys fought for me to make my dream car happen like nobody else ever did! I will never thank them enough and working with them has been a total pleasure! I will buy from them again. You come to Wheeler, you gotta ask for SCOTT AND SERGIO! I love my Blackwing!
I went to Wheeler after receiving a response on my Facebook Marketplace car posting from one of their sales associates. My vehicle was listed for $8,200 on the posting, having the highest trim level of the model, a clean history, and no major maintenance issues, and the associate said that they would be able to offer me “asking price or really close”. I had my car detailed and drove from Sacramento to Yuba City with friends so I’d have a ride back. When I arrived, they did an inspection and offered me $3,400. Though they raised the offer to $4,500 eventually, it was still nearly half of what the associate had offered me over marketplace. It is genuinely negligent that the associate would encourage me to drive an hour and tell me that I’d get a solid offer, when they absolutely never intended to offer me anything close to my asking price. They had the VIN and all of the car’s information prior to the appointment. I would not recommend selling your car here.
Avoid buying a vehicle from here or if you do be sure to have tires balanced somewhere else I bought a brand new vehicle from them and from the first day, I left the lot I could feel just a little bit of vibration wasn’t nothing horrible was going to let them know at first service after the first service they rotated the tires then I could really feel vibration. They wanted to try to charge me to balance the tires took it to my local shop. come to find out we’re never balanced and if they were were way off now one tire After 5000 miles is unrounded And can’t replace just one supposed to replace all for being as it’s all-wheel-drive
Let’s be honest… having to take my brand new ‘’new to me’’ 2025 XT6 in for a transmission issue was NOT the vibe. 😑 (Luckily it was still under warranty.) I was already frustrated from my buying experience in Placerville, so I walked into Wheeler expecting more stress. Instead? Jolene. 💎 Absolute gem. Friendly. Kind. Professional. She kept me updated on the appointment timeline, when the part came in, and when everything was completed. Clear communication + great energy = instant stress relief. She completely turned my experience around with pure customer service excellence. Some dealerships could take notes. Shout out to the techs there for repairing it! Do I hope I don’t have to go back? Obviously. But if I do, I know there will be a smiling face waiting for me. That matters. 👏✨ Shoutout to Jolene for restoring my blood pressure. 👏
Went to get my complimentary oil change and right after we drove it home (10 miles) my husband had a feeling that the oil was not changed. After letting the car sit for a couple of hours, he checked the oil. It was low and the end of the stick was completely black. The oil was not changed. The dealership is lying and not changing the oil. Went back to the dealership and showed them the pictures and they allowed my husband to actually watch as they really changed the oil. Now if it would have been not true, do you really think a dealership would throw out good oil. This seems like a scam that they are doing to corporate by charging them for services that are not being done under warranty. Are other dealerships doing the same thing? This is concerning.
