If I could give no stars I would, I went to look at a used suburban they had for sale. They gave me a trade in offer on my truck $7000 under trade in value, then the owners wife calls about your experience and you tell her it wasn’t great. She says she’ll talk to her husband about it and get back to you, but never does. Then month later they call asking if your still looking and you say yes and that they’ll get back to you. But here we are 3 months later with no call backs. Don’t waste your time with them

In Sept I was in a head on by a driver who totaled my Hummer. I had a horrible concussion and was not thinking clear. However Sam Kim and Nate stepped in and found me the most beautiful Hummer ever ! I picked it up today. I love it! These people were patient, understanding , and allowed the whole process to go on. They drove it two hours closer so I could get it. When I saw it on the showroom floor I cried. These people are not typical sales people. I feel now like there family. There miracle makers working beside u to help make ur dreams come true ! They don’t push you or make u feel pressure. They are beside you 24/7 to help u make the right decisions and answer your questions. If u have never been to this place. U need to go. I drove hours to get there from another state. It’s worth it !! Thank u to all Of u for Making my dreams come TRUE!

A month or so ago, my tire had blown out on the side of the highway. The next day, I was recommended to Wheelers of Coloma for a new tire. Let me tell you, my experience was nothing short of amazing!! Sam, the Sales Manager was very kind and showed me the steps. Dave, the service manager, was also very kind and took my car in short notice. They put me in a beautiful and brand new car as a loaner and kept me updated every step of the way as they were ordering my tire and replacing it. The pricing was very fair, everybody was very friendly from sales to service, and I just all-in-all had a fantastic experience. 10000/10 would recommend!! Thanks guys!

Customer for life! That’s all I could think of the day we picked up the truck. Kacie did an excellent job communicating and really made the process easy. All staff members we connected with days prior and during the pick up were kind and very professional. We were also met by the owner Mary Jo who went above and beyond to make sure the quality of the product being delivered was excellent. Knowing there are other Wheeler dealerships that are on our route up north makes us more confident in case there is an unforeseen issue. Shout out to Kacie!
