White Bear Acura

I recently purchased a 2026 Acura Integra from White Bear Acura. I was just a walk in customer and I was very fortunate to have Daniel as my salesperson! He was fantastic and super personable. There were a couple standout things I noticed during my time at White Bear Acura. The staff appeared happy and they were all talking to eachother. I did not get a sense of urgency to sign up for anything on my first visit. Also, everyone was making sure the customers were being assisted. The only "negative" thing I noticed was that they need an expansion for how popular this dealership is. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Camila is such a personable saleswoman with an undeniable passion for customer service. When I arrived for my test drive I told her I only had about a 45 minute window before I had to head to work. She literally hustled back forth through the showroom to make the process as quick as possible. That's when I knew she earned the sale. I'm so pleased with my 2026 Civic and my experience at White Bear Acura. Also wanted to shout-out Pia upstairs. He made the loan process about as fun as a loan process can be lol. Super knowledgeable, and reasonable! Not pushy and easy to talk to. Thanks to the whole team at White Bear Acura! Best car buying experience I've had.

I had a wonderful experience with White Bear Acura. I recently bought a used 2017 Hyundai Elantra. The car seems to be in excellent condition and was priced very competitively. The entire sales process was painless and everyone in the dealership seemed happy and eager to help. My salesman was Danny Johnson. Danny went WELL out of his way to support me in this sale, including helping me get the car home as, due to an unexpected family issue, I had no one to help my drive it back. He was also super responsive to my many questions in email and text. Danny was an awesome representative of White Bear Acura and I could not be happier. My son is thoroughly enjoying his first car! Hope to see you guys again in the future.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I made an appointment to test drive a car I found on the website. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment, and were told the sales person was out on another test ride; we had to wait 20 minutes. Online the car was advertised as having a manual transmission. The car we were shown had an automatic transmission. I decided to give it a test drive anyway. I was told new tires where put on the car the day before. While I was on the test drive the tire pressure light came on, so I had to cut the test drive short. I was unsatisfied with the overall experience.

If you're buying from White Bear Acura, ask for Daniel Depew. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. It began with a quick text exchange, he FaceTimed us to walk through the vehicle before we even came in, and once we arrived the efficiency was impressive. No games, no back-and-forth. Our time was clearly respected without ever feeling rushed or pressured. The finance side was equally smooth. Warranty options were explained clearly and honestly, with none of the high-pressure scare tactics I've run into at other dealers. Daniel genuinely made us feel like he appreciated our business, and that came through in every part of the experience. Highly recommend.
