I had a phenomenal time working with Eleanor to make the jump to leasing a vehicle, when I’ve historically been someone who finances preowned vehicles. It was truly a great experience and felt so taken care of from start to finish. She discussed the different new vehicle options, let me test drive the vehicles that caught my eye, and had all of the answers to my questions promptly (if not immediately). When I’m back in the market, I’ll be returning here because I feel so taken care of by Eleanor and Luther!!

Our experience with our sale's person Shea was positive - he was great to work with, provided us with all the details we requested in a timely manner. He was never pushy, allowed for us to navigate the process at our own speed and helped us get the car we wanted. Would highly recommend checking out the location if shopping for a car.

6 stars. Exceptional, customer service. I went in for a test drive thinking I’d buy something similar in 6-ish months, and left signing papers to my new car. It would not have happened without Daniel D. He made the car-buying experience fun, without any stress or pressure. I am blown away at how attentive he was to what I wanted and didn’t stray from that. When I was unsure about something, or wondering the cost of an upgrade, he immediately provided an answer, and if he didn’t know he asked and had an answer within minutes. The entire experience was at my pace, and he never tried to upsell or push. Every employee we had the pleasure of speaking to had that same relaxed, respectful attitude and just wanting to help in any way they can. I normally don’t take my cars to dealerships for service but I am actually excited to come back for my first of many oil change/maintenance visits in my new (to me) Subaru!

Sales Associate was very friendly, knowledgable and enthusiastic about your cars. So i bought one! I really love this car. I am still learning how to use/ find all the technology available. I'm confident that I will master it soon.

Purchased a used car and worked with Dennis Noakes. After being a loyal Honda customer, Dennis was a wealth of knowledge on Subarus. He was able to answer every question on things I had read online, giving his honest opinion on any pros/ cons. He remained patient and accessible from start to finish. Also compliments to Pia for providing a smooth finance process. Would highly recommend this dealership and excited to hopefully be a longtime Subaru customer.
