Me and My Lady went shopping for a new car and ran into some very unreasonable dealerships, until we came across White River Toyota. We saw an awesome looking Rav 4 on their website, and called right away. The guys over there were very accommodating right away, held the car until we got there, and offered the best customer service I’ve ever encountered at a dealership. They offered the most for our trade in by thousands of dollars, and found us an amazing interest rate! Zadian was our salesman, and couldn’t even tell he was new to the game! Super awesome, and made us feel at home. We hate the process of buying cars, but this experience brought a new light on how cars should be bought, and how customers should be treated. White River Toyota is top tier! I truly appreciate walking into the dealership and being greeted by smiling, happy, friendly faces. I appreciate being able to sit down with the sales and finance team and engage in small talk conversations and skip all the nonsense sales pitch type conversations. They listen to the needs of the customer financially and equipment wise and don’t try to push things that are unnecessary. Sitting with these guys feels like I’ve known them forever- which- being my 3rd lease from WRT some of them I have known quite a while! The dealership is always tidy, inside and out - even in the dead of winter coming off a snow storm the lot is cleared and rigs are accessible. They take the time to go the extra mile to bring the vehicle up front to you to make it easy to swap over your personal items, and educate you on all the features inside and out. This time around I worked with Josh H, Sheldon S. And Luke M. And they made the whole process easy and stress free! I am more than satisfied with my continued service provided by the team at WRT!
