Super disappointed with this location using a tire rotation from my package I purchased WITHOUT doing the tire rotation!! I had asked for it to be done, but when picking up the truck they said it was too big for them to lift to do it. Of course I understood that, HOWEVER, they shouldn't have used one from my package without actually doing it. I found out when I went in for my next appointment (different location) that all tire rotations had been used already, when I should have had one left ! That is a scam and I am not happy.
