The service center did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress. Parts were delayed in shipping and they were very accommodating with the loaner vehicle and extremely prompt completing the repair as soon as the parts arrived. I would highly recommend Whited Ford to anyone needing service work.

Brought in F350 for transmission cooling line replacement. Technician failed to reinstall the lower radiator air deflector. When confronted they denied having touched it. 2 days later it was found in the shop. Truck brought back for its instalation. Management did apologize for the decption and inconvenience.

If you have a Ford truck and you need service, Whited Ford should be your only call. The other Ford dealership in Bangor is dishonest and has practically a monopoly on dealerships in the area. They don't care about the customer nor do they care about standing by their word. Whited Ford does care. My service rep kept me informed through the whole process and worked around my schedule. Something I can truly appreciate.

Not enough room here to say what is needed but regardless The Fleet I run had a truck sitting there for almost 11 months, was told and documented on our side the truck was getting a short block with heads and in the end, all that was done was a rocker arm and pipe reattached, over 10 months to do this job. Unacceptable in time wise, almost zero follow ups but maybe one or two calls. When parts were back ordered they did not call to tell, I had to call in to find that out. Per the paperwork there was no short block/heads in story or billed on paperwork for this that was told to us we were getting replaced and they were waiting on parts for months due to backorder from ford. The worst of this all is being lied too. I manage a fleet of over 600 Ford trucks ranging from 150's to 750's and worked at 3 ford dealers in my 26 years in automotive, heavy duty and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer service ever.

I recently purchased a Peterbilt truck from Peterbilt of Bangor, Maine, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Matt Parker was outstanding to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond. He made the financing process smooth and stress-free, handled all the paperwork, and even arranged to have a wire brake system installed so I could tow my trailer. Matt also coordinated the delivery of the truck to Stiman Steel in Augusta, Maine for some additional modifications. That's where I met Mr. Ralph, the owner of Stiman Steel, and I must say, he is an incredible gentleman. Ralph didn’t just work on the truck — he taught me all about it, rode along with me to pick up my trailer, and personally helped me load and secure my excavator using chains. He and his son are truly a fantastic family and were an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m very thankful to both Matt Parker at Peterbilt and Mr. Ralph at Stiman Steel. Their dedication, honesty, and willingness to help made this an exceptional experience. Highly recommend both!
