I don’t usually leave reviews, but Melo at White’s Auto Mall absolutely deserves one. This whole vehicle process has honestly been stressful for our family trying to figure out what made the most financial sense while still making sure we had something reliable and practical for everyday life. Melo never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He treated us like actual people instead of just another sale. He took the time to listen to our situation, worked with us through every question and concern, and stayed patient through the entire process. You could tell he genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision, not just put us in something to make a commission. That meant a lot to us. Good people are hard to come by nowadays, especially in car sales, and Melo is one of the good ones. We’re seriously thankful for everything he did for us and for how respectful and honest he was from start to finish. If you stop by White’s Auto Mall, ask for Melo. You’ll be taken care of.

Had my gas cap for my car in excellent fashion. Helped me out when I drove to Tennessee and beyond without one . Great people. Tried to sell me a car when I parked on other side of lot too lol. Excellent place. Go here if you need to buy a Honda. Travel if you must. I'm from New Jersey.

I would give 5 stars for the people working the desk in the service department and to the service I receive on my car. The downside is the time it takes. I started making my appointments for the first thing in the morning thinking I’ll be in and out quicker. I’m there waiting for the doors to open and it still took over an hour and a half for an oil change. I have been there as long as 4 1/2 hrs for same. If I didn’t live an hour away, I would drop my car off and come pick it up later. But again, no complaints otherwise.
