Went into edwhites thinking it was a impossible long shot to get the car we wanted for the price. We fell inlove with it after using it as a rental and decided we needed to buy it but had to be in our price range and joe from ed whites was nothing but helpful and within 30mins had that car ready to go for us for price we wanted and everything

My son was on his way from Chicago to Cincinnati a few weeks ago and his car broke down on I65 in Indiana. Our insurance company sent a tow truck and he was taken to three different places before he found a shop that would look at the car -- White's Auto Sales in Rensselaer. Chris and his crew took in the car and were so kind to my son as he had to sit there for hours until I could pick him up. They then proceeded to let me know that the car would cost more to fix than it was worth, and for the next week helped me find a buyer and kept the car on their lot at no charge until I did. They took what could have been a predatory situation and turned it into a model of how an honest, competent and trustworthy business should work. We will eventually need to replace the car and although we live 70 miles away I will absolutely use them to buy a new one. The peace of mind is worth the drive!

We purchased our van on Saturday. It was the best experience yet. We purchased our first van over 3 years ago through them. Mike Phelps has sold both of our vans to us. We love doing business with them. Mike made is so relaxing and worked with us and was super patient with us.. We get our oil changes there and they work on our vans for us and no complaints. I recommend them all. Troy and Chris are also amazing as well. Thank you guys for always looking out for us.

Bought a van here and it has been nothing but problems. We had to take it back to the dealership 3 or 4 times to have them fix things. Now I've only had it not even 2 months and the A/C is out and I have to pay $800 to have it fixed. Check your cars over completely before you buy from here.
