I recently bought a used ram 2500 from whitewater and it was a great experience. My sales rep, Dan, was great and had everything ready for me as I am an out of state buyer. One of the easier vehicle transactions I have done.

They gave me a good deal on my truck 3,000 more then other dealerships! They was nice and fairly reasonable about the whole thing! They had a new guy there who just started there and young and he was on top of his deal like he been doing it for years! He going to be a good salesman someday! Thank you all that I talked to!

In my experience, it's rare to give 5-stars to a car dealership; there's always something that could have been better. However, for my recent purchase of a 2024 Jeep Gladiator's Willy's, I don't have any complaints. I went back and forth with Jeremy (Sales Associate) for a bit, discussing the Jeep, the pricing, the "Whitewater Certified" warranty, etc. When it was time to act, we took care of it quickly via text. We also took care of the loan approval remotely. Since I live 3.5 hrs away, I scheduled a time to come drive the Jeep and complete the purchase and requested the Jeep be prepped and ready for the drive home. I also requested the actual sales process (signing of documents) be expedited... as this is one step that can drag on forever. When we arrived at the dealership, we were pleasantly greeted and helped by a lady at the front desk. The Jeep was freshly detailed and waiting for the test drive. When we returned from the test drive, we met with Jeremy and concluded the sale. Dylan (Business Manager) then took over and we went through the paperwork very quickly. All-in-all, we were in-and-out of Whitewater CDJR in less than 90 minutes (including the test drive). It was about as painless of a car purchase experience as I think I could have had! It's really how they should all go!
