Keith and Chelsea were great and very personable. I found what I wanted on auto trader and Keith got in touch with me almost immediately. He was easy to work with, gave my 5 year old son and my husband both a hat. Also ordered me another fob on request. Chelsea was extremely patient and willing to explain every detail. Will be returning in the future.

Worst experience ever. Bought a used car from there and not a week of having it, broke down. Tried reaching out to the finance, manager, seller and would never get a call back. “Hard” to reach everyone there apparently. Bought the warranty with vehicle that was modded with coilovers and then warranty cancelled my plan due to “modifications” that the car had preexisting mods when buying the car at the dealership. Dealership did not help at all. Car also had a bad fluid sensor that was not changed, I thought it was just low fluid. Vehicle also had steering wheel column that was damaged. Battery terminals were broken. A Wheel rim was cracked. A year later I had to get rid of the car due to too many mechanical and overall preexisting damages the car had. No one was helpful in dealership.

Keith, my salesman, was extremely professional and helped me with every question I had. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Great people.

Buyer beware!! They will tell you anything and everything to get you to buy a vehicle then the General Manager will hang up on you 10 days later if you call to inquire about the very things he promised at time of purchase. I was told I had a factory warranty for a 2025 vehicle and turns out 8 days after purchase it was not the case there was extensive wire damage not revealed during purchase that caused the promised factory warranty to be voided for the vehicle. Unprofessional and unreliable. Honestly surprised to be treated the way we were after the sale but we all know the terrible feeling it is buying a car and this dealership sure knows how to make you feel helpless.
