Buyer beware!! They will tell you anything and everything to get you to buy a vehicle then the General Manager will hang up on you 10 days later if you call to inquire about the very things he promised at time of purchase. I was told I had a factory warranty for a 2025 vehicle and turns out 8 days after purchase it was not the case there was extensive wire damage not revealed during purchase that caused the promised factory warranty to be voided for the vehicle. Unprofessional and unreliable. Honestly surprised to be treated the way we were after the sale but we all know the terrible feeling it is buying a car and this dealership sure knows how to make you feel helpless.

If your truck breaks down near Clarksville pay the tow fee and get towed anywhere but this dealership! My husband was helping a friend move from California to Alabama. Ram as recall on a fuel pump which happen to break in Clarksville. Great news this dealer ship had the part and it would be fixed the next day… The next day 9/30/24 there was bigger problem that needed to be fixed and they had the order the part. Knowing the part wouldn’t be there till the 4th or later my husband and his friend rented a U-Haul to finish the move with the plans to come back early the next week. After they dropped off trailer my husband and friend came to NC because my husband had to work. Now the following week 10/7/24 my friend finally gets in contact with Brian. Who has clearly been avoiding his calls. Brian says they have the part will be working all day Wednesday and it would be ready Thursday the 10th. So we leave NC Tuesday morning. Brian actually calls the afternoon of Tuesday 10/8 to let us know it won’t be ready for pick up till Friday now . So we head to Alabama instead of Arkansas. Thursday day morning we start making the drive to toward Clarksville which is an 8hour drive from AL and we’ve heard nothing from Brian assuming it means nothing changes and we can pick up the truck Friday. After spending money on a hotel and driving 8hours only to get there and be told that the part was missing something and it’s not done! Ok I understand it up until Brain says he “doesn’t like giving bad news over the phone” knowing we’re driving 8 hours to get the truck he let us! So not only was it an 8 hour drive there it was an 8 hour drive home! So this fool let us drive 16 hours around trip when he knew the part wasn’t right on the 10th! The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because they did say they would deliver his truck to Alabama since it was their mistake… he finally got the truck Sunday the 27th!

Took wife's van in for simple tune up, basically sparkplug change. Had idiot light and check engine light on less than 2 miles after picking it up. Took it back and they messed with it some, kept it for a day. They did fix it and did right by us, even gave my wife a loaner for a day. Yes I would take vehicle back for other service, they redeemed themselves.

Friendly and got me an appointment very quickly with a quick turn around, would definitely come back.
