This is my second Ford F-250 I’ve owned. Whitson Morgan has done all my service work on my trucks since 2010. I trust Service Adviser Brian to always see that my truck is perfectly maintained. These are trustworthy people who have been in position for years. It’s hard to find a service department these days that does not have constant turnover. That says a lot about their business and how they treat their people!

Buyer beware!! They will tell you anything and everything to get you to buy a vehicle then the General Manager will hang up on you 10 days later if you call to inquire about the very things he promised at time of purchase. I was told I had a factory warranty for a 2025 vehicle and turns out 8 days after purchase it was not the case there was extensive wire damage not revealed during purchase that caused the promised factory warranty to be voided for the vehicle. Unprofessional and unreliable. Honestly surprised to be treated the way we were after the sale but we all know the terrible feeling it is buying a car and this dealership sure knows how to make you feel helpless.

We bought a car for my wife at Whitson Morgan Chevrolet yesterday. Had such an amazing buying experience that we returned today and bought another car for me. Start to finish was a great experience. Plenty of vehicles to choose from. Website makes it super easy to navigate through the inventory, see info on each vehicle, and even the pricing (which seemed very reasonble for the vehicles we were interested in). Keith was very knowledgeable and personable. Never pressured or rushed us in any way. Fair values for our trade ins. Chelsea was also a joy to work with through the paperwork process. Very pleasant, answered any questions we had and explained things well. Overall we couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. Love our new cars!

Recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from Whitson-Morgan. Danny took great care of me. The dealership worked with my lender and while I was offered all the extras, there were no high pressure shenanigans. Multiple staff stayed late to make sure everything got done. I don't regret driving 4 hours round trip to get my wife her dream vehicle. The advertised price was so dialed in that I didn't even feel the need to negotiate. Go see Danny and their great team.

they told me they diagnose a suspension noise when i told them it was inner rod as it jiggled from the 3 and 9 position they said no its the sway bar link. I ordered parts as they werent super expensive (as long as im not ordering from them which was double amazon). I went ahead and installed and the noise is still there. I took the boot off today and sure enough the inner tie rod is loose. I will go to another dealer from now on for all my needs. If you didn't have time or don't want to do the work then just say so and don't waste peoples time and money giving them bad advise or diagnostics.
