Whitten Brothers Mazda

Purchasing our CX-50 from Whitten Mazda was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. The whole team there is exceptionally helpful, caring and not pushy like a lot of dealerships can be. It really made for a casual and relaxed buying experience. Jon, Jeremy, Jim and Kiana were the team we dealt with. All of them were exceptional to work with. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or new to them car. Also the prices are really solid from what I saw for the cars we looked at. Solid 10/10 overall!

I purchased this beautiful car from them and I had no regrets with the process. Everyone was collaborative, helpful and didn’t make me feel inconvenient with any requests or questions I had. Jim was our salesperson and he was endearing and so helpful. I have pushed anyone and everyone that would listen to me to purchase a Mazda and to make sure to purchase it at this dealership!

Spent a cold Saturday comparing several new CX-5s and 50s ultimately taking one home. We have dealer purchased at least 8 vehicles over the past 15 years and this experience stuck out as one of the easier and more straight forward buying processes. No pressure, no argument and no bait and switch. The 5 star experience occurred today when I contacted the dealership about an issue we found once we arrived home. I sent what I hope was perceived as a very friendly email detailing what we found with the vehicle and was met with a very satisfactory reply that really went above what I think they would have been "required" to do. Mazda makes a good product and Whitten Brothers represents them well.

While I did not end up purchasing a Mazda, my experience at Whitten Brothers was top notch. I dropped by randomly to test drive and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. I truly appreciate Brandon and the amazing service he provided. His manager was very nice too. I have been to a lot of car dealerships the past few weeks and these guys are fantastic. I would highly recommend dropping by if you’re in the market for a car. They are not pushy. They are personable, upfront and will work with you and your budget. Kiana, Cis, and Jon are a class act at Mazda. This is the second car I have gotten from them and the quality has been the same. Jeremy helped us with the first car. Great team to work with. Best of all, they don’t keep you all day. One hour is their standard!! Wow!!
