Wiesner Buick GMC

The only reason why I’m giving two stars today is because I like this dealership whenever I bought my car from Mason back in 2021. However, this is my first time getting it detailed ever, but the second time trying to get it detailed from this dealership. My appointment was 7:30 AM My car was checked in at 7:44 AM around 11 o’clock. I was told my car would be done Around 2:30 PM to 3 PM at the latest. I’m not somebody that’s gonna get mad at that but that is still crazy since I’ve been sitting up there since 7:40 in the morning just to have the inside detailed. After my dad picked me up to get lunch I came back and he spoke to the front desk, they went back there to find out what is taking so long. The guy comes back and says that it looks like they had just recently started on it like within the past hour or so mind you I came back from my lunch around 1:20 PM to 1:30 PM. My car got done Around 3:10 , Paid $161 Original price is $99 Which I was informed if it needed a lot more cleaning, it would be an extra $50. Which I was completely fine with that, but after waiting eight hours on an interior detail? Got in my car and seen the carpet and everything I thought looked great. While driving down the road I noticed that my driver side sun visor was cleaned but not the other sun visor, the roof was not cleaned etc. this was not worth $161 since everything inside was not detailed.

I recently purchased two vehicles from this dealership and the experience was excellent. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We received a great deal and were in and out quickly. A special thank you to Enrique Mata and Trey for making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Brandin Peart is one of the best people i’ve ever met. Me and my family walked in and in the next hour we walked out with a new car. The experience and his treatment were top notch. Definitely recommend Brandin and his people here at the dealership.

I would like to start off by saying that Wiesner has always has always gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service as well as servicing my vehicles. Thanks Cameron Childress for the very informative response and feedback when it came down to what was going on with my vehicle and recommended services needed. I dropped my vehicle off without making an appointment and had it back within 2 business days in regards to a transmission issue. From past experiences I chose to dropped it off for repairs in Conroe rather than the dealership i purchased it from due unpleasant experiences in the service center.

Brian Ling and the sales team helped us to find the truck that we wanted and even though they couldn’t find it anywhere ,they used one of their allocations to build the truck that we wanted. Even though we had to wait for the truck to come , which they had absolutely no control over, they helped us to track the truck all the way through the process . It got here, we got the truck we wanted and we are happy with it. Brians professionalism and experience really helped us through the process. The financing was a little more tricky and the process was lengthy, but we navigated through it and ultimately got to drive the truck home. Thanks Brian for all your help getting the truck that we needed.
