Hector and Michael made this one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Hector worked hard to put together an excellent deal and was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. Michael in finance continued that same level of service, making the paperwork simple and efficient while explaining everything clearly. The entire experience felt like white glove service every step of the way. Most importantly, I never once felt pressured. They truly value their customers and are focused on building long term relationships over short term gains, which really stood out during the entire process. Never had a better experience with a dealership in my life. Megan Adams in the service department has been the biggest help to me while having my CT5. She’s got fantastic customer service skills, very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. Shes been fantastic at dealing with my stubborn warranty company to ensure that I got the help I deserved and I couldn’t be more thankful. My experience was really great from the beginning of my interaction with Cody Hill (Sales person at Wiesner). Though I contacted them over the phone, he was very detailed with the offer details including breakdown. I had very different experience with some other dealers in Dallas Area. He really stood out in that. After reaching the dealership to pick up the vehicle, I was treated really well and process was very smooth without any delay. They thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle and very happy I went with them. Though I had to travel 3 hours to collect the vehicle, the experience was awesome and worth the travel.

Last Monday my sister and I were driving from Houston, TX to Norman, OK. About 10 miles south of Huntsville our check engine light came on. As we came into town, there was a Cadillac dealership so we stoped and asked if they would look at the problem and let us know if we were safe to drive the car to Oklahoma. They were busy, with lots going on. They were so friendly and helpful, letting us know that we were safe to drive home with no worries and even gave me the part number that I needed to get the car fixed when I got home.
