Ryan Pennington was the best!! I came in needing a car ASAP but he made sure to take the time with me to make sure I got what I really wanted. He sat with me for a while while we searched through the inventory to find what I was looking for. He is very patient and knowledgeable about all of the cars that I test drove. He made a very stressful process enjoyable and gave me a couple ducks to put in my first Jeep. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Every single time I bring my car into this place I run into issues with either the staff or the service. I brought my car in for a check engine light evaluation, they called me and said my oil pressure valve was broken and needed to be replaced and was going to cost me at least $2000 with parts, labor, diagnostic fee, etc. I brought it in with concerns for the wiring, as my auto stop/start service light was on first for many months before the check engine light ever came on. I refused repairs because I didn’t believe this was the issue at all… They told me “wiring looks good” when I know it needed to be replaced because it was fraying and was severed. We even showed the technician when my car was dropped off where in the wiring we had concerns. Upon picking my car up my paperwork says my oil was low by 3 quarts!? None was added, and after rechecking once I got home my oil level was fine. They never even mentioned low oil over the phone. I truly believe they saw my car as an opportunity to replace something that wasn’t broken in order to make more money off of me. I do not trust this service department AT ALL. I will never recommend this place and will never be back.
