Great experience overall. I could not be happier. My salesman, Jose R. was excellent from start to finish. He did not rush me through the process. I was undecided between two different models, and Jose set me up to test drive both SUVs so I could decide and explained the difference between the two in great detail, so I could choose the model that I liked best. Frank, the manager went above and beyond to get me the deal I wanted. Randy was awesome also. He did all the paperwork. He walked me through it and explained everything as he had me sign. I will definitely be back when it’s time for an upgrade or when it’s time for my kids to get their own cars. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you all very much

Great experience with the dealership along with the sales people. From the initial point of contact with Frank, GM, to paperwork and finance and then with Brian, salesperson, to go over the features of vehicle and help set up things in the car and on the Mazda app. In todays world of car dealers there are still those out there that like to play games and not put there best foot forward, even though you tell them you have one shot. Frank and the team at Wilkins are a step above. They came out the gate with the most aggressive OTD price, no pressure and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

I just bought my first car here! I had been dreading the process of buying a new car after hearing about other people’s negative experiences about dealerships, but from the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed and comfortable. My salesman, Justin, was kind and super knowledgeable, which really helped calm my nerves. I sincerely appreciate both Justin and his manager, Frank who were incredibly helpful and willing to work with me to get me a great deal. Also, shout-out to Randy for being so patient while walking my father and I through the paperwork! Overall, I had a great experience here at Wilkins Mazda! I will definitely be returning when it’s time for an upgrade and will be recommending everyone I know to come here :)

Had such a great experience working with Bob, Frank and Arthur at Wilkins Mazda. It was a very stressful time for my boyfriend and I after his car was totaled but they made the experience so smooth and really worked with us every step of the way to get his new car.
