# Summary The dealership receives sharply divided feedback, with some customers praising specific staff members for exceptional service and personal attention, while others report significant problems with lengthy wait times, poor communication, and quality issues during service appointments. Critics emphasize frustration with scheduling delays of several weeks, unresponsive phone lines, and vehicles being returned with additional problems, whereas satisfied customers highlight positive experiences with sales and parts departments.

If you have any issues with your Hyundai, call Brady for service. He's the best. If you have any issues with parts, DO NOT HESITATE to call and ask for Andrew for parts. He's AMAZING. I'm not kidding. These guys will take care of you. It's a great place to have your Hyundai, Scooby, or Audi worked on. I've had nothing but a great experience with these folks. But Andrew in parts is a whole other issue. He's such a good dude. He'll give it to you how it is, but be super polite about it. I've never felt more part of the family than these guys make me feel. Note: I'm not in ANY WAY affiliated with this company. My opinions expressed are due to my experience with them. Don't hesitate to contact them. They'll treat you right. That's a promise.

Finally posting my experience because I've moved out of state and will never be forced to go there again (due to them being the only Hyundai dealership in the area). Do NOT take your car to be serviced there. If you absolutely have to go there for warranty work etc., take detailed photos of your cars interior and exterior and heck inside the hood and of the brakes and tires. Request a loaner as soon as you drop it off (they will not offer or let you know that it's an option, even if they've had your car for two months and you have no transportation for work). Every time I've had to take my car there it has taken an exorbitant amount of time, their communication has been extremely poor (I had to harass them at least weekly for updates), and my car has been returned with additional issues not mentioned after first diagnostic (battery dead, brakes messed up, wipers messed up, and steering column makes noises going over bumps). I am completely exhausted by their lack of customer service skills and ability to deliver quality work. This review will have to be the closure I need because I just can't fight them anymore. I hope every individual at William's Hyundai Service center (Brady Rush, Reggie Croffett, Matt Lingenfelter, and serivce member Ben and anyone else) receives the customer service karma they deserve. I hope they order food for their family on UberEats and the delivery driver keeps it and UberEats doesn't refund their money. I hope they go for a haircut, show a reference photo, and get way shorter than they asked for and their ear gets knicked and the person gaslights them and insists on full payment. I hope every time they order medium rare for a steak or whatever, and it always comes out "well-done" and dry. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Needed a new key fob for my son's Audi. I ordered the key fob it comes in in 4 days and then I called to make an appointment to have it programmed can't get me in for 2 weeks just for a simple program of the fob. I have an appointment set the day of the appointment the vehicle arrives an hour before the set appointment and I'm told that they are checking the vehicle in as it was dropped off early. They then tell me that it will take 4 to 5 hours to program the fob. Call them at the 4-hour mark and they had just started the vehicle 2 hours before I called. They said the battery was dead on the vehicle and they had to charge it okay so it takes you 4 hours to realize the battery is dead which means you didn't start it at my appointment time. Now they're saying it might not be done tonight that it may beat tomorrow. I would hate to see how long it would take to do actual work on it since it's rocket science to have the key fob programmed obviously

Good luck if your vehicle needs serviced. Their website and voice message while on hold say walk in oil change, but when you try they tell you they don't do that and you will have to schedule an appointment... oh and about that appointment, the first available is 5-6 weeks out. If you have warranty work needing done, doesn't matter, make an appointment... 5-6 weeks out. The if you don't call they will neglect your vehicle. No communication AT ALL with updates on what is going on. If you want to know anything you have to call. Oh, and good luck with that. It goes straight to voicemail EVERY TIME. And they may or may not call you back the same day... most likely not. Save yourself the stress and headache and go somewhere that understands customer service.

Our recent experience test driving & purchasing a used vehicle with Dwayne West was incredible. He went above & beyond to get us into the vehicle we came to see. He's very personable & interested in what you're looking for. The entire experience was relaxed & efficient. Would recommend Dwayne for all your purchasing needs. Jason in the finance dept was awesome & pleasant to work with as well. Thank you Dwayne, Jason & Williams AutoWorld. We're enjoying our new ride!
