Had a very good experience getting a car here in Williams Subaru. Just got my new Forester 2026 Limited trim here a few days ago and the process was smooth as butter. I was referred by my friend to Lane Kauffman who helped me on getting the process started, He was very approachable, friendly and knowledgable on the units they were selling which also helped me pick the right vehicle suited for me. He was very quick to respond thru emails and callbacks. Answered all my queries and provided great suggestions. Upon, getting the unit out of the lot, he made sure to give me everything I needed to know about the unit and their services that help maintain the unit. I highly recommend Williams Subaru. Will definitely be back when I plan to get a WRX or BRZ real soon!

I picked up my 26 Outback yesterday. Every step in the process was easy & uncomplicated. They did not try to upset me and everyone there was personable, professional, & respectful of my time. They communicated & responded quickly & honestly to my emails & texts. I was extremely happy with Paul, my salesperson and everyone I met there. I had the best experience at Williams Subaru!! Tyler Andrews was my sales associate. He was so great! No pressure!! Always there to answer my questions and give me all the options I asked for (I definitely made him work)! This is my first Subaru. Tyler took the time to explain all the different bells and whistles on my vehicle. I was walked around the dealership so I know where to go when I need my car serviced. Wesley and his finance team helped me out on that end and scheduled me with a tech wizard to show me how to hook up my devices and use them to their max! Best experience I have had buying a car. So excited to be a part of the Subi family!!
