The best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a car. Tara was incredibly helpful and with us being out of state, her communication was amazing. Marcus, our salesman, made sure the process went smoothly from start to finish. The finance manager, Josh, was phenomenal! We needed to be out of the dealership in a short amount of time and he delivered, getting the deal buttoned up in record time. These 3 employees definitely gained Williams Toyota returning customers as I am still in shock at how quick and stress free they made this process.

My first time at this dealership's service department. The set-up was excellent! The service, beginning with the intake representative, was astounding! For what I had done, it didn't take long at all. I'm a few days shy of having this car for a year, so the multi-point inspection, tire rotation, and oil change were "on the house" by the Binghamton dealership where I bought the car. Wasn't expecting that. Although, now I do recall the original sales rep mentioning it. I ended up only paying for my state inspection!

I had an appt for my Grand Highlander for the recalls and I showed up on the wrong day. They were nice enough to get me in still and got me all situated so I didn’t have to come back the next week. They were quick. They were professional. And I appreciated their patience!

Very good service at this dealership. Just needed state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Even the woman at the payment station helped me order up a new key fob. Extremely helpful, indeed.
